How to Cut clips from Video / Audio:

Launch EasiestSoft Movie Editor, select Cutter, Easy Video/Audio Cutter

  1. Click Add File to Load Video or Audio
  2. Drag slider to set the start/end time
  3. Click Cut button to cut a clip
  4. Click Start button to start
  5. Click Open Output button to check the result

How to Join Video/Audio for Win 7:

  1. Click Add Files to Load Videos or Audios
  2. Check Set as the default output format on a file to set Output Format/Output Settings automatically
  3. Set Output format/Output Settings manually if step 2 does not working
  4. Start
  5. Open Output
